What we collect

When you use Estate Match we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the property criteria you enter in your buyer request (locations, budget, features and preferences). If you are an agent, we also collect your agency and licence details for verification.

How we use it

Your buyer request criteria are shown to verified agents so they can offer matching properties. Your contact details stay hidden until you choose to share them with an agent. We use your email to send account and notification messages you ask for.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. When you visit from a region where this is permitted, the pixel records that you visited our site and whether you created an account (a "CompleteRegistration" event). This helps us understand which ads lead to sign-ups and to show our ads to people more likely to find them useful. Meta may link this activity to your Facebook or Instagram account under your settings with Meta.

Visitors in regions that require prior consent (such as the EEA, UK and Switzerland) are not measured by the Meta Pixel. You can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta ad preferences, and you can block the pixel entirely with your browser's tracking protection.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show your contact details to agents without your consent, and we do not send sensitive information to advertising platforms.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your buyer requests at any time from your dashboard, and update your profile in Settings. To ask about or delete your account data, contact us through the site.
